solar cell is a key device that converts the light energy into the electrical energy. 

solar photovoltaic, or PV panels are made of six main components. These are anodized aluminium frame, highly transparent tempered glass encapsulant material Eva photovoltaic solar cells encapsulant material Eva insulating back sheet and junction box extruded aluminium frame, the aluminium frame plays a critical role by both protecting the edge of the laminate Section housing the cells, and providing a solid structure to mount the solar panel in this position.

 The second layer is toughened glass, which is three to four millimetres thick. This glass sheet protects the PV cells from the weather, and impact from hail or airborne debris solar photovoltaic cells.

 The solar photovoltaic cells or PV cells convert sunlight directly into DC electrical energy. The performance of the solar panel depended by the cell type, and characteristics of the silicon. 

👉There's two types of silicon mainly, which is monocrystalline and polycrystalline silicon encapsulation, 

Eva film layers. Eva stands for ethylene vinyl acetate, which is known for its excellent transparency back sheet, the back sheet is the rear most layer of the solar panels, which acts as a moisture barrier, and final external skin to provide both mechanical protection and electrical insulation, the back sheet material is made of various polymers or plastics, including PP bat and Pvf which offer different levels of protection, thermal stability and long term UV resistance and junction box, diodes and connectors.
